Follow us at - https://www.linkedin.com/company/altagrove What you will do: Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all aspects of training, including courseware and product development, revisions, and updates. Ensure training products maintain high quality and effectiveness by applying Instructional Design principles. Oversee training schedules, monitor adherence to plans, and ensure alignment with concurrent and dispersed training environments. Assign, coordinate, and delegate leadership roles for training events. Appoint team members to participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCB), Program Reviews, Meetings, Working Groups, and Technical Reviews. Lead talent acquisition efforts and recommend replacements to the government as needed. Review and approve Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) before submission. Ensure timely submission of reports as specified in CDRL B001-B006 and B008. Provide oversight of team travel and submit travel requests to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for approval. What you will bring: 15 years of combined experience leading operational Air Command and Control (AC2) units and military schoolhouses. Extensive knowledge of United States Marine Corps (USMC) AC2 processes, procedures, and operational frameworks. Proven ability to develop and implement training programs, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and evolving military strategies. Experience in coordinating joint and coalition AC2 operations, enhancing interoperability and operational effectiveness. Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and managing teams in high-pressure environments. Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience in a management role. Must be able to obtain and maintain classified access eligibility. Familiarity with handling and safeguarding classified information in compliance with DoD security protocols. Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. U.S. Citizenship required. remote work
