Position Summary: The Corporate Sales Development Representative (CSD) reports to the AVP of Marketing and is responsible for driving business development initiatives within ERPA’s PeopleSoft/Cloud Practice. The CSD will leverage various prospecting approaches across target accounts, with the goal of partnering with the ERPA sales team to build quality opportunities. The key role of a CSD representative is to reach out to potential customers and share the ERPA value messaging while also discovering the needs of the prospect and their organization.
Through a combination of event follow-up, emails, In Mails, phone calls, nurture campaigns, social promotion, and even face-to-face events, our CSD drives valuable pipeline growth by identifying interested and qualified potential buyers and helping foster the relationship between the account and their ERPA sales executive.
