As a Cross-Platform Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for developing mobile applications that focus on accessibility and usability, while incorporating cutting-edge AI technology. This role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Design with an Accessibility-First Mindset: Build mobile applications and product designs that put accessibility at the forefront, ensuring every feature and function is inclusive and easy to use for all. Develop Elegant and Functional Applications: Create seamless, user-friendly mobile apps for both users and business partners using Flutter. The goal is to merge functionality with design in ways that are both beautiful and efficient. Innovate the Development Life Cycle: As a startup, we embrace unconventional development cycles. You will have the freedom to come up with innovative methods and processes that best suit our dynamic environment. Harness AI for Enhanced Experiences: Think creatively about how to maximize the potential of AI by leveraging data points that improve both customer and business partner experiences. Your ideas will help us build smarter, more responsive applications. Lead the Team with Agile Methods: Utilize agile methodologies like standups, demos, and retrospectives to keep the team on track. You will be responsible for driving collaboration and ensuring that we are always learning and improving. Tech Stack: Flutter for cross-platform development. React-Native, iOS, and/or Android experience for additional mobile development. Expectations and Requirements: Experience in cross-platform mobile development using Flutter. Ability to innovate within the startup environment, coming up with new processes that suit the unique challenges of our company. Experience with AI integration and a passion for harnessing its full potential to benefit users and business partners. Familiarity with agile methods and a proven track record of driving teams forward using standups, retrospectives, and demos. Flexibility to work remotely, as long as deadlines are met. Compensation is currently in shares only.
