As a Solutions Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of coding new business application features, working closely with Solution Architects and team members to bring innovative solutions to life. Your role will involve designing solutions, providing accurate estimates, and contributing to the best practices within our department and Epicor. Beyond development, you’ll also handle maintenance tasks, such as investigating and resolving reported issues and upgrading applications to the latest releases. What you will be doing: Build relationships with our customers to obtain a deep understanding of customer needs and environments. Define and document implementation technical requirements. Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and applications support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging software and computer, network, and/or wireless systems. Configure, document, and test software. Advocate for the customer by owning and driving resolution on escalated customer issues, working with project managers and other functional leaders. Estimates scope of work for solutions from requirements Investigates and resolves reported issues Designs and deploys solutions to customer sites What you will likely bring: 3+ years of applicable experience building front end applications and demonstrated success/knowledge 2+ years of consulting experience preferred on Epicor Kinetic/E10 or similar ERP. Strong background in C# and .NET framework High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
