Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Curriculum Leader to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum programs that enhance student learning and engagement. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with educators and stakeholders. The Curriculum Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our instructional materials are aligned with educational standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging curriculum content that meets the diverse needs of learners.
Collaborate with educators to integrate instructional design principles into classroom practices.
Manage curriculum projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct training sessions for teachers on effective curriculum implementation and use of technology tools like Adobe Captivate.
Evaluate existing curriculum materials and recommend improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying current with educational trends and research in curriculum development.
Skills
Strong background in Pedagogy and classroom education with a passion for teaching and learning.
Proficient in project management, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
Familiarity with content development processes for various educational formats.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
