Job Description: Part-Time Curriculum Training Specialist (Remote) Project Duration: 4 Training Sessions Compensation: SGD 1,500 for the entire project Training Format: Zoom Sessions (Remote) Target Audience: Kindergarten Teachers (India) Schedule: Saturdays, 1.5 hours per session Commitment: Approx. 6-8 hours per session, including preparation We are seeking a Curriculum Training Specialist to conduct a series of four training sessions aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of kindergarten teachers in India. The focus will be on essential teaching strategies and methods for early childhood education. The sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver 4 training sessions (1.5 hours each) on Saturdays. Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations based on key curriculum areas: 1. Writing Conventions (Teaching early writing skills) 2. Social Emotional Learning (Supporting children's emotional and social development) 3. Classroom Engagement (Strategies to engage young learners effectively) 4. Phonics (Foundational literacy and phonics instruction)   Customise presentations to align with the company's specific needs. Provide expert guidance and best practices for early childhood educators. Engage teachers in interactive discussions and practical exercises during the sessions. Offer additional support and respond to participant queries. Qualifications: Proven experience in early childhood education, especially in training or curriculum development. Strong knowledge in the focus areas: writing conventions, social-emotional learning, classroom engagement, and phonics. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Proficient in using Zoom and creating engaging presentations (PowerPoint). Ability to deliver content in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner. Time Commitment: Each session will require approximately 6-8 hours of preparation, including slide development, lesson customisation, and follow-up. Remuneration: The total payment for the project (4 sessions) is SGD 1,500.
