Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled D365 CE Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, power automation, CI/CD, logic apps, and power platforms. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities and streamline our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize D365 CE solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement workflows, plugins, and customizations using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of D365 CE solutions.
• Integrate D365 CE with other systems and applications using the Power Platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 CE applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a D365 CE Developer.
• Strong knowledge of the Customer Service module in D365 CE.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Logic Apps, and the Power Platform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in D365 CE or Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of other D365 modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing).
