You will work closely with our CEO and CFO, collaborate with team leaders and c-level on strategic ops and data projects which help our organisation to become more data-driven. This role is needed to drive company OKRs execution and maximize business teams efficiency Design and optimize business processes and enable team alignment Facilitate communication and collaboration among sales, marketing, customer success teams and product to optimize customer experience and revenue growth. Contribute to manage and maintain Sales & Marketing stack Design and implement scalable and robust data architecture and infrastructure to support the organization's data needs. Oversee the ingestion, modeling and integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Define data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Strong experience understanding SaaS business challenges and processes You are able to understand and navigate through technical topics without knowing all the details. You think creatively, and are able to develop and apply new approaches, programs and techniques Speaking French & English fluently ATTITUDE Pragmatic and resourceful, you're a doer = you do things, quick and well.
