As a lead data engineer in the CRM Direct Acquisition Experience organization, you'll support a talented team of data scientists on Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) AI / Machine Learning (ML) experiments that drive personalization in the Direct Quote flow driving close to $5M sales / year. In this highly visible role, you'll design, build, and deploy real time data pipelines, engineer ML model features and infrastructure to support model monitoring, CI/CD deployment, and model serving via API. This is a remote position for US-based work only. Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of five years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications. - In lieu of degree, minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.
