Your Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Confluent Kafka platform from the ground up, catering to the organisation's data needs. Architect scalable data processing and analytics solutions using Kafka, SQL, and Python. Mentoring a team of data engineers to ensure best practices and high-quality code deployments. Engage closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Confluent and Kafka platform byilding. Deep expertise in Kafka, SQL, and Python for data processing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
