BlueHalo is looking for the right candidate to fill a position as a Data Science Software Engineer to support our organization in creating a unified data repository and enabling the company with data analytics. BlueHalo established an Enterprise Data Team as part of our overall integration efforts and we need talented individuals to create connections into our data sources; develop and deploy Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes; and enable the organization with data analytics toolset and visualizations. You will be working directly with our Director of Enterprise Architecture and Data, the data engineering team, system stakeholders, business leadership, and data consumers as we build out our capabilities. In this specific software engineering role, will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Data Team’s solutions and BlueHalo’s internal AI platform.
This position requires strong organization skills, a calm approach and investigative mindset to understand and interpret stakeholder needs and priorities, and a professional and creative view to enabling the organization with its data.
The position can be performed remotely but will require occasional travel to BlueHalo facilities throughout the U.S. to coordinate efforts and participate in team activities.

Salary Range: $60k - $70k
