Founded 33 years ago, Allied Consultants is an Austin-based firm and premier provider of technical and business staffing solutions for the State of Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).

Responsibilities

The Worker(s) will provide the following services:

Designing the data structures needed to meet the business requirements. Ensuring database development standards are followed. Providing specifications for data quality. Documenting the as-is schemas currently in use at client. Performing other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support client s Enterprise Data Warehouse. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment. May also work independently with minimal supervision and be required to meet tight deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with data warehouse development (relational and dimensional) and proven evidence to implement using databases like Oracle, SQL Server etc., preferably Oracle
• 1-3 years experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with data modeling preferably in a data warehouse environment
• 1-3 years experience with Informatica product suite in the Informatica cloud
• 1-3 years proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities
• 1-3 years of communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels
• 1-3 years of technical writing skills

Preferred:

• 3 years or more than one type of RDBMS (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle)
• 2 years experience in Public Sector delivery
• 2 years experience writing dynamic SQL
• TWC experience
