Data Admin Sales Lead

We are seeking a Technical Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of our sales process, KPI tracking, and distributor engagement, ensuring efficient pipeline management and seamless account growth.

Role Overview:
The Technical Sales Operations Manager will be the strategic architect behind our sales process, ensuring that leads convert efficiently into recurring accounts while optimizing distributor performance, sales velocity, and inventory management.
This role acts as the bridge between sales, distributors, and production, making sure that our product pipeline is aligned with market demand and that we maximize sales efficiency at the lowest acquisition cost possible.
What You’ll Do:Sales Process Design & Optimization
Develop and refine our end-to-end sales process, ensuring accounts move efficiently from lead → recurring account → key account.
Implement structured escalation workflows when accounts drop in performance.
Ensure sales acquisition costs are minimized by prioritizing automated, low-touch follow-ups before escalating to field reps.
Sales KPI Tracking & Reporting
Build real-time sales dashboards to track conversion rates, sales velocity, and distributor performance.
Monitor aging commitments and ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Analyze sales data trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Distributor & Inventory Coordination
Ensure distributor inventory levels are accurate and aligned with upcoming demand.
Track distributor order fulfillment rates and escalate delays affecting sales.
Work closely with Territory Sales Managers and Inside Sales to forecast needs and prevent stockouts.
CRM & Technology Management
Manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to improve sales tracking and automation.
Implement automated reminders and alerts to keep sales teams engaged and proactive.
Align sales team outreach with distributor visit schedules for maximum impact.
Sales Team Support & Training
Provide data-driven insights to help sales teams prioritize accounts and increase efficiency.
Train reps on best practices for distributor engagement, retention strategies, and sales tracking tools.
Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

Sales Pipeline Conversion Rates (Lead → Order 1 → Order 2 → Recurring Account)
Distributor Order Fulfillment Speed & Accuracy
Average Time from First Sale to Third Sale (Account Stability Metric)
Percentage of At-Risk Accounts Recovered via Escalation
Distributor Engagement Metrics (Incentives vs. Actual Sales Performance)
Inventory Turnover Rate & Stock Availability for New Accounts
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Technical Sales Management
Strong expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or BI tools
Experience in CPG, beverage, or alcohol distribution is a plus
Proven ability to optimize sales workflows and improve pipeline efficiency
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
