Your Objectives: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Delphi and SQL Anywhere Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement software features Create unit tests and perform debugging of software applications to ensure high-quality and error-free code Contribute and create technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user manuals Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with best practices Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Delphi and SQL Anywhere or other DBMS Must be comfortable working with Delphi versions 5 and 7.
