Title: Software/ERP Deployment Analyst

We're hiring a Deployment Analyst for one of our clients a growing organization rolling out new enterprise software systems across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting users, solving problems, and guiding teams through smooth transitions to new technology.

What You ll Do:

• Support software deployments including testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support (hypercare).
• Troubleshoot new internally developed applications and document solutions.
• Collaborate with deployment managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts.
• Assist in creating user guides and support documentation.

What We re Looking For:

• 2 4 years of experience in software deployment, ERP support, or implementation.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or Salesforce preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor s or Associate degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
