DevOps/AWS Engineer
Project Description:
The Client aims to modernize its current Consolidated Call Center System (CCC) components. With the existing software nearing its end of life and the planned closure of the data center hosting the virtual Automated Call Distributor (vACD) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) equipment, a transition to a new Contractor-Managed solution is required.
Required Skills: Amazon Connect, Dynamo DB, Lambda, Console
Preferred Skills: Amazon Cloudwatch, S3, AWS LEX, and Node.js, JavaScript, or JSON
Day-to-day Responsibilities: “As a DevOps engineer supporting this client you will be responsible for:
Configuration of Amazon Connect. Configuration of Deloitte accelerators for Amazon Connect. Webservice integration into external source using Lambdas.
Development of custom workflows and applications to support contact center operations utilizing Amazon Services.”
