Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the infrastructure and deployment processes that support our enterprise software applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both development and operations. Successful candidates have the ability to parse and clarify requirements into actionable steps, the ability to research available methods to accomplish goals and the downstream effects of using those methods. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for software deployment. Design, implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform to AWS and Azure Manage container deployments using AWS Elastic Container Service (ecs) using Docker. Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time, providing incident response support as needed. Maintain UNIX-based systems, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and up-to-date. Develop scripts in php and/or python and deploy as AWS Lambda. Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems. Skills Proficiency in enterprise software development practices. Problem solving and solution research. Strategic architectural view to ensure cohesive and maintainable plan. Communication skills to clarify requirements and articulate challenges and solutions Strong knowledge of either AWS or Azure. Experience github especially ci/cd pipelines. Ability to respond effectively to incidents and troubleshoot issues.
