Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented DevOps Engineer, to join our team. CLEARANCE US Citizen required LOCATION Remote in the United States OVERVIEW Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure and application environments using Kubernetes for container orchestration. Implement automation and configuration management using Ansible for server provisioning, orchestration, and application deployment. Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ensuring scalable, repeatable, and secure environments. Collaborate with the SAP team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of SAP services in the cloud. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and scaling processes. Ensure adherence to security best practices, and proactively identify and address potential risks. Work closely with development teams to support their infrastructure needs and provide solutions for automation. Optimize cloud-based services to ensure cost efficiency and reliability. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and its cloud-based deployment. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk). Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and high availability architecture. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. NICE TO HAVE Experience working in SAP environments, particularly with SAP HANA or SAP Cloud deployments. Knowledge of container security best practices and experience securing Kubernetes environments. Certification in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud or Kubernetes is a plus. Experience with IT compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
