We are seeking a highly-qualified DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. About the Role This position will be responsible for designing, building and configuring robust and secure deployment environments for THIA applications across a range of cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and GCP. Additional duties will include requisition and configuration of cloud-based training environments for training and fine-tuning of LLMs, and design, build, and scale of the deployment environment for the core platform application. Candidates must possess proficiency in automating system configurations and orchestrating DevOps pipelines, alongside experience in system administration and microservices/container orchestration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building reliable CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with teams for cloud application deployment, and demonstrating strong analytical skills. Desired skills include prior experience in MLOps/LLMOps, risk assessment collaboration, and deploying machine learning models in production environments, as well as experience leading and mentoring team members. We are looking for someone with a range of prior experience across platforms and roles who can expand and develop existing systems, while assisting with recruitment and mentoring of a larger team.
