Key Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain our cloud-native infrastructure and platform services Lead infrastructure automation efforts using Infrastructure as Code principles Implement and maintain observability solutions across our platform Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient deployments Contribute to the development of our backend microservices Ensure platform security, scalability and reliability Create and maintain documentation while continuously sharing knowledge with the team and the broader company Assist in third-line support and handle platform-related incidents when needed Contribute to the platform architecture and provide feedback to shape the platform roadmap Requirements Fluency in English Located in US or Canada (UTC-4 to UTC-8) A commitment to lifelong learning Proven 2-4 years experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles Strong knowledge and experience in: Kubernetes and container orchestration Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform/OpenTofu) Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS, ...) CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices Unix systems and networking expertise Experience with observability tools and practices Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Analytical, intelligent and well-organised Flexible, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Bonus points if you have experience with any of the following NodeJS and TypeScript Message queuing systems and event-driven architectures Security best practices and implementation What we have to offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Competitive benefits Flexible working hours Full remote work within US/Canada; We embrace a flexible work environment and support fully remote positions.
