To enhance our platform capabilities and develop new, groundbreaking infrastructure solutions, we are looking for a passionate Platform Software Engineer to join our Belgian team, based in Ghent.
We are not looking for the "perfect" candidate with a flawless resume. Instead, we value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to making a difference. If you are excited about tackling challenges, growing your skills, and contributing to innovative solutions, we'd love to hear from you, even if you do not meet every single requirement.
The Belgian team, with its startup history, is at the forefront of technical innovation within RightCrowd. While acquired by RightCrowd in 2019, we still very much entail the startup spirit. We try to keep the team small and keep corporate overhead low.
