The Digital Marketing Manager/Executive is responsible for assisting the Operations team with effective client servicing and management among their assigned accounts to maximise client retention and revenue generation. The Digital Marketing Executive will also be responsible for collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure timely and effective delivery of their clients’ campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Working with the clients, sales team and operations teams to understand their business and goals to develop an effective digital marketing strategy, including, but not limited to:
Website and landing page design and development campaigns
Google ad campaigns
Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Programmatic and other online ad campaigns
Search engine optimization campaigns
Other digital marketing campaigns
Working with the clients, sales team and operations teams to drive effective and timely setup, activation and delivery of clients’ digital marketing campaigns.
Review digital marketing campaign setup and tracking:
Google ad campaign structure (keywords/ targeting, ad copies & landing pages)
Facebook & social media ad campaign structure (targeting and call-to-actions)
Search engine optimization keywords
Google analytics and ad conversion tracking
Supporting the digital marketing specialist team to review and monitor key metrics for digital marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to:
Cost per thousand impressions (CPM)
Cost per click (CPC)
Share of voice
Click through rate (CTR)
Cost per conversion
Conversion rate
Return on ad spend/ investment
Organic ranking for SEO keywords
Organic traffic and engagement
Analyse digital marketing performance and analytics data and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
Collaboration with the digital marketing specialists to provide advisory and consultation to client’s digital marketing campaigns
Drive effective and responsive client servicing across all assigned accounts to maximise client retention
Responding in a timely fashion to clients on their enquiries
Facilitating for effective and timely resolution of clients’ issues and requests
