Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative E-learning Developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our instructional designer and play a pivotal role in developing high-quality e-learning modules tailored to our target audience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, have a solid grasp of design principles, and effectively leverage technology to create engaging learning experiences that drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to develop new and existing eLearning content.
Design and develop engaging, interactive and accessible (AODA and WCAG) learning materials, including e-learning modules, PowerPoint presentations, videos, simulations, and assessments.
Create interactive and visually appealing learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.
Develop SCORM-compliant courses and integrate them into Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through user feedback, performance data, and analytics.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-learning design and educational technology.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in e-learning design, educational technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in e-learning development or educational technology.
Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Vyond.
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia production tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
A portfolio showcasing previous projects and samples of work is highly desirable.
Demonstrated proficiency in any industry standard learning management system is an asset.
