Job Description: Job Title : EDI Solutions Architect - Healthcare Job Type : C2C Experience : 10-20 Years Location : Remote Responsibilities: 8+ years of experience as an EDI Architect or similar role with a focus on healthcare implementations. Expertise in ANSI X12 standards and HIPAA-compliant transactions (e.g., 837, 834, 835). Proficiency in EDI tools like IBM Sterling B2B, MuleSoft, DataPower, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as claims processing and patient enrollment. Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and integration with backend healthcare systems. Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and security standards for data privacy and secure exchanges. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in SQL for database queries and data analysis. Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus). Knowledge of healthcare EHR systems and CRM integration. EDI Tools: IBM Sterling B2B, MuleSoft, DataPower, Dell Boomi, Informatica. Protocols: ANSI X12, HIPAA. Middleware: API Integration platforms. EDI Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of healthcare EDI solutions, including transactions like 837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277, etc. Compliance: Ensure EDI processes meet HIPAA, HITECH, and ANSI X12 standards. Integration: Develop integration strategies to connect EDI solutions with claims management, eligibility verification, and payment systems. Architecture: Design scalable, secure EDI solutions for high-volume healthcare transactions with a focus on data accuracy and security. Data Mapping: Define EDI message specifications, map data, and use middleware tools (IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, DataPower, etc.) for transformation. Optimization: Analyze and improve workflows to reduce manual interventions and enhance transaction efficiency. Testing & Validation: Lead end-to-end EDI testing to ensure compliance and accurate message exchanges. Support: Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, resolving discrepancies or errors. Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to implement EDI solutions that align with organizational goals. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive EDI architecture and transaction specifications, and provide regular performance reports. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
