Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a labor-related role or prior experience as an employment agent. Licensing: Singapore employment agency license (CEI or KAH certificate) preferred. Sales-Driven: Ability and willingness to build a client base across different industries in Singapore. High commission structure based on performance. Market Development: Support the director in developing overseas labor services. Additional Tasks: Complete other responsibilities as directed by the director.
