Engineer 3, Software Development & Engineering Design and develop new software and web applications in an Agile environment using Python; use Jedox and its components, including Jedox Web, Jedox Modeler, Jedox Integrator, and Jedox Workflow for data analysis, modeling, integration, reporting, and workflow management; manage platform storage, perform data movements across environments, and monitor application performance using Jedox Cloud Console; define software features, epics, and user stories using Jira; write SQL queries in Teradata; perform Linux shell scripting; develop reports and dashboards using Tableau; develop data processing pipelines using AWS; generate business intelligence reports using SAP BO Web Intelligence and SAP crystal reports; build and support integration solutions using Informatica Power Center and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS); write complex SQL queries using OracleSQL; build and maintain PL/SQL code; support applications under development and customize current applications; assist with the software update process for existing applications, and roll-outs of software releases; analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications; document all development activity; research, write, and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations and reports; monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products; review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects; collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements; conduct analysis to determine integration needs; work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
