One of our partner companies is currently looking for an Engineering Manager in the United States.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a focused product engineering team, guiding both technical execution and team development. You’ll oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, from resource planning and task assignment to performance evaluation and delivery coordination. In this role, you'll remove obstacles, set expectations, and define success metrics while collaborating closely with senior leadership. This is a high-impact position where your technical acumen and leadership will drive product excellence and team success. Ideal candidates will bring deep experience in full-stack development and a passion for cultivating high-performing engineering teams. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the U.S.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a domain-specific engineering team with ownership over technical decisions
  • Coordinate tasks, schedules, and project priorities to ensure timely delivery
  • Assign, supervise, and review the work of engineers to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Define success metrics and continuously measure performance against goals
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members
  • Remove technical and personnel obstacles to keep the team focused and productive
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on goals and delivery expectations

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Proven track record as an Engineering Manager for product-driven teams
  • Advanced experience with one or more of the following:
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • React
  • Ruby, Rails, or Roda
  • Golang or Echo
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills Experience working remotely and effectively managing distributed teams Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
