Job Description: Are you a skilled app developer with a passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset? Civil Securities, a forward-thinking organization, is seeking a Co-Founder & App Developer to collaborate on an exciting new app projects. This is an equity partnership opportunity designed for someone who wants to play a key role in building a product with significant market potential. As an equity partner, your compensation will initially be tied to the app’s success and company growth. Once we secure funding, you will receive a yearly income of up to $150,000, in addition to retaining equity ownership in the company, providing long-term financial rewards. What You’ll Do Collaborate with me, Katrina Kamanda, founder of Civil Securities, to design, develop, and launch cutting-edge apps. Take charge of all aspects of app development, including front-end and back-end coding, testing, and deployment. Work closely on creating a user-friendly and market-ready product, while contributing creative ideas for app features and functionality. Participate in key strategic decisions, including funding strategies, scaling the product, and defining monetization plans. Become a key stakeholder and equity partner, sharing in the company’s growth and success. Who You Are A talented app developer experienced in full-stack development, with expertise in technologies such as React Native, Swift, Java, or similar. Familiar with the app deployment process on iOS and Android platforms. Entrepreneurial and collaborative, with a strong desire to build something impactful. A creative problem-solver with the ability to take a project from concept to completion. Comfortable with an equity-based compensation model and excited about the potential for significant long-term rewards.
