Purpose: The individual in this role will be primarily responsible for supporting various departments, including operations, purchasing, and account management, by identifying the root causes of ERP transactional errors. They will collaborate to analyze frequent and impactful discrepancies, offering systematic solutions to prevent recurrence. Additionally, this role will provide functional support for the ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with business needs. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the accuracy of ERP (Epicor Kinetic) transactions through regular reporting and system reviews. Develop and utilize tools to track and validate the accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory data. Provide in-person and remote support to staff regarding ERP-related tasks and issues. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve workflow and process inefficiencies within the ERP system, supporting operations across production, inventory, and procurement. Collect and analyze data related to transactional performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address recurring ERP issues. Support the development of new tools and enhancements to improve ERP transactional accuracy and efficiency. Safety Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices. Promptly report any injuries to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment. Contribute safety improvement ideas to help foster a culture of continuous safety enhancement. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience with Epicor Kinetic; 2–5 years of experience with Kinetic or a similar ERP system preferred. Solid understanding of end-to-end processes, from sales order entry through to customer shipment. In-depth knowledge of supply and demand dynamics within MRP environments. Familiarity with core ERP modules such as production, procurement, and inventory management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, including inventory and supply chain operations. Ability to travel between four facilities within the Minnesota metro area.
