About the Role: Seeking an experienced and passionate Project Executive to support our team. You'll ensure high-quality experiences, serving as the main point of contact for production on all projects. Flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail are essential, with a proven track record in live event production and experiential sales and marketing. A keen interest in sales, exceptional communication, and project management skills, are critical. Join us in creating unforgettable experiences!
You Will Be:
1. Event planning, management, handling onsite operations and event attendance
2. Creation of quotations, invoices and proposals
3. Play an active role in generating leads and contribute to sales efforts
4. Enquiry management & proposal pitching
5. Client management
6. Sourcing and consolidating suppliers and vendors management
7. Designing & creating event and company collaterals
8. Website Development, Content creation & social media management
9. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management of TheMeetUpSG Pte Ltd.
10. Training of new hires if any
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma and 1 year events experience
Intrapreneurial mindset, self-motivated and accountable individuals with the ability to work autonomously
Strong passion for events, sales and marketing, demonstrating enthusiasm for the industry.
Proven sales acumen with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales efforts
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Flexibility to attend events on both weekdays and weekends as needed
Must possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks and responsibilities
Strong customer service orientation to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Detail-oriented approach to ensure all aspects of an event, from invitations to post-event evaluations, are handled meticulously
Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes or last-minute adjustments during events
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
