Responsibilities
Experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on Predictive Intelligence to support customer environment operations
Technical ServiceNow development capability and is able to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services
Responsible for developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our clients
Provide software and application configuration across various technical areas within Self-help service such as Portal, Workspace, Service Catalog, Virtual agent, live agent chat
Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are aligned with ITIL, SPM/ITBM, CSM, Self-Help Services, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices
Write clear and concise technical documentation
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, including REST and SOAP APIs
Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements
Develop and design application modules workflows and catalog request
Develop and deliver ServiceNow based solution for clients
Customer Relationship Management
Collaborate with other developers to ensure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices
Develop, customize and design for the out of the box conversations, topic blocks and topics for the virtual agent
Qualifications
Experience in system process automation
Experience with governance/service management/operations
Experience with Angularjs
Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (HTML) (JavaScript - client side/server side)
Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (CSS)
Experience with HCD Human Centered Design
Experience in scripting to call APIs, to also get data
Be able to Integrate virtual agent with non-ServiceNow applications
