We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Development Manager to join our team and lead the development and maintenance of our Anaplan forecasting solution together with the leading consultants and other Controlling development team. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and maintenance of the Anaplan forecasting solution (model building and concepting together with leading consultants), ensuring it supports and enhances YIT strategy and decision making.
• Continuously improve and optimize financial planning and analytics processes, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with business users to gather insight and requirements.
• Provide Anaplan support and training to business users.
• Facilitating YIT Anaplan users’ network.

Key Requirements:

• A few years of experience in Anaplan or other forecasting tool development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in controlling or bookkeeping is an advantage.
• An academic degree preferably in the fields of finance / accounting or technology.
• Fluency in English. Finnish is an advantage.
• Hands-on mindset.
