Our team has already built three working sites, but we are now focused on creating a mobile application that ties everything together. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create a seamless user experience. Integrate third-party APIs and services into the mobile application. Optimize application performance for speed and scalability. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Test and debug the application to ensure functionality and compliance with ADA standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile app development and accessibility standards. Required Skills and Experience Proficiency in Flutter for both Android and iOS app development. Strong knowledge of Dart programming language. Experience with: Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics) RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL integration State management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Redux Third-party integrations (e.g., Google Maps, payment gateways) Deployment processes for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store Familiarity with additional technologies: Java/Kotlin (Android development) Swift/Objective-C (iOS development) Node.js or Python for backend API integration Git version control SQL/NoSQL databases Knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., screen reader compatibility, high-contrast modes). Proven experience in developing and launching at least one Flutter app. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI and machine learning integration. Knowledge of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance for mobile applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps. Passion for building accessible, inclusive technology.
