Our company is experiencing rapid growth (grew revenue 5x in 2024) and have an immediate need for a Founding Fullstack Engineer (Remote). You would be taking over engineering responsibilities from our CEO and fractional CTO to be the lead engineer who scales our platform to millions. You should be insane at shipping product and looking to work at a mission-driven company like ours. Who You Are We have a lean team looking to shake up the old ways of job searching. With that, the ideal person in this role should be: Excited to come into an early product and build the foundations of an app that can be used by millions A hacker who is constantly experimenting with new AI tools and packages to find the quickest way to an elegant solution Experience working with ambiguity, moving fast, and filling in the gaps as needed (ideally in an early-stage startup) An excellent communicator who can both potentially lead an engineering team and speak directly with customers/prospects Located in and authorized to work in the US Aside from the character traits above, you should have the following skills: 3+ years of experience as an engineer contributing code to an application used by 1000s of users Experience developing and maintaining code in both front and back end Working with serverless technologies (Supabase), Next.js, PostgreSQL, OAuth, SAML Ability to work with GitHub and ClickUp to ship product on a weekly cadence NICE TO HAVE: Experience working with Higher Ed, design taste, SOC2 compliance Compensation The salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 plus 1-2% equity depending on experience.
