Responsibilities Own scalability projects end-to-end Ship a pre-scoped project within the first 7 days (eg. redis HA) Ship a project independently within the first 30 days (eg. new CRD for managing worker pools) Build monitoring Ship pre-defined monitoring goals within the first 14 days (eg. prometheus rules) Ship monitoring independently within the first 30 days (eg. refactor call monitoring to real-time alert on latency spikes) Build anti-frangibility into the infrastructure Unprompted, build things that make our infrastructure more antifragile (eg. auto multi-cluster rollover). Responsibilities Design and ship frontend features Make the frontend codebase more robust, composable, and maintainable Listen to user feedback and ship improvements Build things that delight customers Tech stack React, Typescript Candidate requirements 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack / Frontend Software Engineering 2+ years experience designing features they've themselves have deployed Minimum 1 year of experience at a fast-paced company of <100 ppl Experience with React + Typescript frontend stack Previous experience as a Founding/Senior/Staff/Principal Engineer Game to work with the team 6 days/week in SF The salary range is $140,000 - $240,000 + Equity
