As A Founding Software Engineer, You Will Have To: Design and build our HRM product's technical foundation from ground up Make key architectural decisions that will shape our product's future Own the full development cycle using modern tech stack (Next.js, Node.js, AWS) Collaborate with product team to create intuitive user experiences Use cutting-edge tools (AI-assisted development) to build efficiently Establish development standards and best practices It Would Be Great If You Have: Experience with HR/payroll systems Experience with Singapore government APIs Worked in fast-paced startup environments like startups Built distributed systems and optimized their performance
