The Role As our founding engineer, you'll work directly with the founder to build and scale Stempad's core product. You'll have significant input into technical decisions and help shape our engineering culture from the ground up. Required Skills Strong experience with React and Next.js Ability to work autonomously and make product decisions Track record of shipping high-quality software quickly Backend development experience Nice to Have Experience with rich text editors (Slate, Lexical, ProseMirror) Strong product and design sensibilities Early-stage startup experience Opportunity As our first engineering hire, you'll have unprecedented opportunity for growth.
