We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to partner with hospital IT and operations teams, ensuring successful post-sales implementation of our AI solutions. This is not just a technical role—it’s about uncovering insights that help hospitals run more efficiently using data, automation, and AI. You will be an integral member of our product team, developing and measuring the success of AI-powered solutions for our clients. What You’ll Do Leverage Carebound to Turn Data into Actionable Insights: Work with hospital stakeholders to analyze operational workflows and develop AI-powered strategies for efficiency. Develop AI Solutions Across Core Hospital Systems: Directly build data connections, new product features, and advanced analytics: Integrate Electronic Medical Record data to improve visibility into patient care Integrate financial and labor management data to optimize budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation. Ensure Seamless Integration & Adoption: Work directly with hospital IT teams to deploy and customize Carebound’s AI solutions. Collaborate with Product & Engineering: Provide feedback on hospital pain points and shape product improvements. Lead On-Site Strategy Sessions: Travel on-site every 4-6 weeks to work directly with hospital executives and IT teams on deployment and optimization. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5-10 years in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software implementation, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making in large organizations. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze hospital workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose AI-driven solutions. Customer-Facing Expertise: Experience working directly with enterprise clients, particularly in healthcare operations, financial workflows, or labor management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, AWS, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), and experience designing AI/LLM-powered workflows is a plus. Healthcare IT Knowledge: Familiarity with EMR and finance/labor management is a plus. Communication & Influence: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with traveling every 4-6 weeks for on-site visits with hospital teams.
