As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our contractor network with a skilled Website Developer to support our ongoing project needs. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced freelance Website Developer to collaborate with our team on creating high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites. This role requires 15-20 hours per month (depending on task flow), with opportunities for additional work as projects arise. Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) What You’ll Do: Lead visual design and development stages from concept to final implementation. Conceptualize and design original website ideas that simplify complex user journeys and enhance usability. Transform wireframes and design briefs from our in-house graphic designers into fully functional, responsive websites. Develop and implement high-quality websites using WebFlow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Utilize headless CMS solutions to build scalable and flexible web applications. Present design concepts and deliverables to peers and stakeholders. Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align websites with branding and campaign goals. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a web designer and developer with a portfolio showcasing web projects. Strong proficiency in WebFlow and Figma. Experience developing websites using WordPress and Elementor. Proficiency in custom coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with headless CMS solutions. Ability to interpret wireframes and design briefs to create functional, visually appealing websites. Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (a plus but not required). Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Strong creative problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
