ROLE SUMMARY Reporting to the Senior Software Developer, the Front End Developer implements the designs provided by our design department to make web applications that delight our customers. This can include being on the ground floor of new B2B applications, customer-facing tools, and more. You’ll work with other developers to create systems that seamlessly integrate with 4iiii’s other product lines. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Design System - Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all B2B platforms. Innovation & Trend Awareness - Stay ahead of design trends, UX best practices and emerging technologies in both consumer and B2B fitness technology to continuously elevate our product offerings. Work with other senior developers on the development of brand-new ReactJS and NodeJS applications to help control, update and support our global product base and new products. Work with junior developers or new-to-Typescript/JS developers and mentor them to increase their proficiency. Collaborate with the engineering team to coordinate application upgrades in sync with new products. Work with subject-matter experts to design new sequences of calibration, analysis, and display or data for R&D or production purposes. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required. QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in agile environments and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Coding - Proven experience with Javascript/Typescript, NodeJS, NPM and the related ecosystem. Versatility - If the task calls for a quick prototype phone app, you can do it. If you need to get a special script running on a SBC or AWS server,, you can do it. Experience creating or managing versioning, CI/CD processes and automated tests. Experience working in the fitness, sports or health technology industries, or at least an interest in sports, technology, fitness, health and wellness. Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. Nice-to-Have Skills: i) UX/UI design and layout skills to design pleasant-to-use experiences for users. If you can go from concept to Figma to fully implemented, we want you on our team! ii)Bluetooth low energy familiarity, and in particular experience using it via Web-Bluetooth or Noble libraries. iii) Familiarity with B2B solutions and designing for enterprise users.
