Key Technologies: React AWS Amplify GraphQL Zustand Slatejs Responsibilities: Chat Application Development: Build and enhance chat application features, focusing on user interaction and efficient communication through well-crafted front-end components. Text Input Integration: Leverage Slate.js to implement rich text input features that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience. Backend Communication: Develop and maintain GraphQL API integrations using AWS Amplify to ensure efficient data flow between the front-end and backend. Error Handling & Logging: Design and implement comprehensive error tracking systems, sending detailed logs to the backend for ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaborative System Design: Work with the team to design scalable, maintainable front-end systems that integrate smoothly with backend components, supporting both performance and user-friendly interaction. Versatility in Tasks: As part of a small team, you’ll wear multiple hats—contributing to various aspects of development as needed, from feature implementation to debugging and optimization. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to build chat applications and text input features using Slate.js. Proficiency in making GraphQL API calls to AWS backends, with hands-on experience using AWS Amplify. Experience designing and implementing error handling systems, with backend logging and tracking. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, with a keen ability to solve complex problems and develop efficient, user-friendly solutions.
