Remote Front End Developer (WordPress/PhotoShop/WooCommerce)

Helping teammates with strategy, identifying target users, prioritization, helping set direction, and communication.
Must possess: strong product instincts, lead by influence, channel multiple points of view. Not just smart people, but quick people. Being able to ingest a lot of complexity and then finding a path of clarity through that. Quick-thinking, quick-acting people do really well here.
We also want people who will not be held back by a lack of somebody handing them a checklist of all the steps to go through. Being able to thrive in ambiguity. You may have something in mind, but you go talk to customers and learn something totally different. People who are fluid with that will do really well.

At Ooh La La your day will be dedicated to helping our customers grow their individual businesses how they want to. Our specialists spend most of their day interacting with customer requests across a variety of platforms, i.e. social media, web development, inventory, etc. You will have an impact on the businesses of our customers, the lives of your coworkers, and the bottom line of the company every day, in every interaction.

You'll offer customized solutions, identify sales opportunities and provide service for our customers - one at a time. Be a part of an award-winning team that passionately cares about customers and the company
Work with cross-functional departments to ensure the customer receives the best possible experience
What you should have:
Ability to work remote
Passion for small business owners.
An outgoing personality with strong communication skills excited to spend your day on the phone talking/emailing with customers
Critical thinking and creative problem solving by nature in a fast-paced environment
Previous service, support, or success experience preferred
Grit and resilience to be able to handle the most complex scenarios
Must be comfortable deescalating heightened conversations quickly and come to a place of mutual understanding
An ability to get customers excited about our product
A general understanding of and interest in learning more about retention, sales, customer experience, success, and engagement best practices
A self-starter, someone with a “figure it out” mentality
Flexibility - we are a startup and your responsibilities may change quickly and frequently
Ambition and drive paired with respect and empathy
The ability to quickly pick up new systems, social networks, digital methodologies, and an interest in new media, social media, and email marketing
