Our rapidly growing software client are looking for a Front End Web Developer with a UI/UX Focus to join their expanding team.

You will be responsible for designing and developing user-centric web interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally effective. This role combines technical proficiency in front-end development with a deep understanding of user experience principles to create responsive, accessible, and intuitive web applications. 

Front End Web Developer Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement responsive, cross-platform user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. 
• Optimize web pages for maximum performance and scalability. 
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive user experiences. 
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data. 
• Maintain consistency through design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides. 
• Work with APIs and back-end teams to integrate designs seamlessly into the overall application. 

Front End Web Developer Package:

• £40,000 - £60,000 per annum basic salary
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
