Are you ready to grow with us? Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Data and AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience with both front-end and back-end technologies, strong programming skills, and familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks, including AI/LLM technologies. What will you do in this role? Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications Work with both front-end and back-end technologies to deliver complete solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Troubleshoot and debug applications Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends What do you need to succeed in this role? 5-10 years of software development experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong proficiency in Python, C#, and C++ Experience with front-end frameworks and technologies Demonstrated experience with GitHub and version control workflows Experience building distributed systems and applications Experience with mobile application development Proficiency with development environments such as VS Code, Windsurf, and Cursor Experience with LLM frameworks including Langchain and vLLM Experience with agentic memory frameworks like Mem0 and Letta Database expertise, including: Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase) Graph databases (Neo4J) Vector databases (Zilliz, PineCone) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools Previous experience building AI-enhanced applications DevOps experience and CI/CD pipeline knowledge Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Agile development methodology experience In addition, specific skills/experience required are as follows: Servant Leader – You are hyper focused on engaging employees, fostering their development, and building a positive culture.
