Description Full Stack Developer (Salesforce & AWS Experience Preferred) We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team. You will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end web applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and fellow developers, you will deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Our projects are deeply integrated with Salesforce and AWS, and while experience in these platforms is highly beneficial, we're looking for candidates with a strong desire to learn and apply these technologies if not already proficient. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement user-facing features and maintain high-quality experience. Build and optimize APIs, databases, and back-end services and technical architecture to support front-end development. Actively contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions in an agile environment. Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems, focusing on Salesforce and AWS. Debug and resolve issues across the full stack. Continuously improve development processes by staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. Embrace a proactive mindset, taking ownership of projects and working independently when needed. Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge and offering mentorship to less experienced developers. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, or similar role. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with PHP Strong back-end development experience in Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar languages. Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration. Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.). Strong understanding of Salesforce and AWS integration or a willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code. Self-starter mentality, with the ability to manage projects and work independently when necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with diverse teams. Bonus Skills: Experience with DevOps practices or serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda). Previous work with Salesforce development, or willingness to quickly ramp up on Salesforce-specific projects.
