Your role will focus on both shaping our technical strategy and actively writing code to build and enhance the Tickit platform for data collection, management, visualization, and AI integration. You’ll have a direct impact on the platform’s scalability and efficiency, reaching thousands of users globally. As an experienced Full-Stack Developer, you enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for both the back-end and front-end development work, ensuring the platform continues to evolve and meet the needs of diverse users. This is a hands-on role where you’ll independently solve challenges, write clean, efficient code, and continuously improve the platform. You’ll work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure that the technical solutions align with the business goals. You also understand the importance of privacy and security regulations, especially in healthcare and education, and ensure your code meets these critical requirements. You bring a combination of proven technical skills and a passion for innovation in areas such as: * Ruby on Rails * JavaScript, TypeScript * Docker / Kubernetes * Respect for comprehensive automated testing Our current Javascript codebase consists of SPAs using TypeScript, Angular, RxJS. Our Rails stack is primarily used to create RESTful API endpoints for our SPAs. The whole stack is deployed and managed with Kubernetes. Responsibilities Leadership * Management / Leadership of the Development Team * Contribute to platform architecture including scaling. * See through a project from conception to finished product. Full Stack Development * Develop progressive web applications. * Design user interactions on web pages. * Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices. * Ensure responsiveness of applications. * Design and develop APIs. * Maintain servers and databases.
