Position Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building, enhancing, and scaling our healthcare applications. This role is fully remote but requires that you be based in the United States. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications that integrate with various healthcare tools, including Phi, Elation, Telescope, and EHR systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance both front-end and back-end features. Collaborate in API development, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems and databases. Build reusable code and libraries for future use and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability across all platforms. Maintain security and data privacy standards in line with healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Proficient in both front-end and back-end development using frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails. Experience integrating with healthcare platforms like Phi, Elation, Telescope, or EHR systems. Strong understanding of RESTful API development, microservices, and cloud computing (preferably AWS or Azure). Solid understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
