Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively across Equal Tech Innovations, United Disabilities, Ask Disabilities, and other projects. Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (if familiar). Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and Tailwind CSS for the frontend. Build robust backend systems with FastAPI and integrate AI-powered solutions. Manage and optimize databases using MySQL and PostgreSQL. Implement AI and machine learning features to enhance accessibility and personalization. Ensure all applications meet ADA compliance and accessibility standards. Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and security. Collaborate with the team to integrate new features, solve challenges, and deliver a seamless user experience. Required Skills and Experience Frontend Development: Proficiency in Angular and experience with Tailwind CSS. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Backend Development: Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks. Proficiency in Python for backend development and AI integrations. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Database Management: Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL. Strong skills in writing efficient SQL queries and managing database schemas. AI and Machine Learning: Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools. Experience integrating AI for features like accessibility enhancements or predictive analytics. Mobile Development (Preferred): Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile app development is a strong plus. DevOps and Deployment: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows on GitHub or GitLab. Preferred Qualifications Experience with full-stack frameworks such as Django or Node.js. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices. Passion for building accessible platforms and tools. Previous experience working in startups or mission-driven organizations.
