Contract: W2 6 months with potential for long term
Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST)

Interview Process:

1. Coding Video Screening
2. Final 1.5-hour coding interview with the client

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with small teams to develop solutions for capturing new market opportunities.
• Ensure effective problem-solving and innovative solutions beyond immediate ticket resolution, contributing to broader strategic goals.
• Apply forward-thinking methodologies in tackling complex engineering challenges.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks and contributions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• JavaScript: 7+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Node.js: 7+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Cloud Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms (does not need to be AWS).
• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to approach problems from a strategic standpoint, focusing on long-term solutions and overarching goals rather than just immediate tasks.
• Autonomy: Ability to work with little supervision and take ownership of projects in a small, fast-paced team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Domain Expertise: Experience or knowledge in any of the following is a plus:
  • Luxury industry
  • PC or mobile gaming
  • E-commerce
