Responsibilities: Design, Architect, and deliver innovative products and solutions Code review and coach engineering peers Manage testing and bug fixes Prepare technical documentation Estimate and execute project timelines Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement designs Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements Experience Requirements: 3+ years Full stack development using Python (Flask) & Javascript or similar backend technologies 3+ years frontend javascript framework (React/Angular/Vue) experience with a strong preference for React/NextJS. 3+ years relational database experience & schema design Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) Knowledge of common AWS services Knowledge of common software design patterns In addition to the hard skill experience, you’ll be the right fit if you: Enjoy coaching and developing junior talent Have expert problem-solving and debugging skills Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Have navigated a dynamic team of developers to streamline priorities and meet deadlines, including code review and performance management.
