WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
Application Developer: $80,000 - $100,000
Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus
Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus
Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion
Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally, you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Drive end-to-end development but with a heavier lean on the backend, testing, maintenance, and seamless integration of applications and systems.
Lead brainstorming sessions to innovate and craft cutting-edge digital solutions; develop robust apps, APIs, and data solutions to drive implementation.
Embrace versatility, stepping into various roles as needed, from individual contributor to informal leader, teacher, and mentor.
Develop a deep understanding of supported business areas, proactively addressing their objectives and challenges, while identifying and resolving technical issues through innovative solutions and independent problem-solving.
Assess and optimize solutions, balancing performance tradeoffs for maximum benefit, and using strong conflict resolution and collaboration skills to navigate technical disagreements and drive successful project outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
At least 2 or more years of experience overcoming challenges in a full-stack application development and implementation environment using the following skills:
Advanced level Java, Spring / Spring Boot, SQL, Rest APIs, Microservices
Frontend experience in JavaScript and frameworks (React or Vue preferred)
Proficient in developing unit tests (JUnit/Spock) and adept at version control
Demonstrates a collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork
Motivated to explore and adopt new technologies through diligent research and investigation
You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do
Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
PREFERRED:
AWS, MuleSoft, Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture
Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Gradle, CI/CD
